If you have a complaint, please direct it to feedback@alansaar.org.za addressed to:
The Head of the Complaints Committee

Radio Al Ansaar
The complaint is required to be accompanied by the following :

* The complainants full particulars and contact details
* A statement of the reasons for the complaint with any relevant documentation in support of the complaint.

All broadcasting related complaints must be put in writing and either emailed to feedback@alansaar.org.za or sent via post to:

To drop off the complaint.

Allow Radio Al Ansaar to resolve the complaint within 30 working days.
