If you have a complaint, please direct it to email@example.com addressed to:

The complaint is required to be accompanied by the following :
* The complainants full particulars and contact details
* A statement of the reasons for the complaint with any relevant documentation in support of the complaint.
All broadcasting related complaints must be put in writing and either emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or sent via post to:
P.O. Box 19031
or by simply walking into Radio Al Ansaar’s administration offices at :
207 West Road
To drop off the complaint.
Allow Radio Al Ansaar to resolve the complaint within 30 working days.
